Who we are
BelgianGolf.com is an independent online directory of golf clubs, indoor golf centers and golf services in Belgium. For privacy questions, contact us via the contact form on this site.
What we collect
When you submit a form (information request, lesson matching, claim listing, contact), we process the details you provide: name, email, phone number if given, your request, and the page you sent it from. We do not collect more than the form shows.
Why we process it
To respond to your request and — where relevant and stated on the form — to forward your enquiry to a suitable golf club, golf professional or partner who can help you. We only send marketing communication if you explicitly ticked the optional marketing consent box.
Legal basis & retention
We process form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering your request. Lead data is kept no longer than needed to handle your enquiry and required follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Sharing
Your details are shared only with the specific golf partner(s) relevant to your request, and with the technical service providers that host this website and deliver email. We never sell personal data.
Cookies & analytics
BelgianGolf.com currently uses no advertising cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they measure page views in aggregate without identifying you. Should this change, this policy and a cookie notice will be updated first.
Your rights
