Who we are

BelgianGolf.com is an independent online directory of golf clubs, indoor golf centers and golf services in Belgium. For privacy questions, contact us via the contact form on this site.

What we collect

When you submit a form (information request, lesson matching, claim listing, contact), we process the details you provide: name, email, phone number if given, your request, and the page you sent it from. We do not collect more than the form shows.

Why we process it

To respond to your request and — where relevant and stated on the form — to forward your enquiry to a suitable golf club, golf professional or partner who can help you. We only send marketing communication if you explicitly ticked the optional marketing consent box.

Legal basis & retention

We process form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering your request. Lead data is kept no longer than needed to handle your enquiry and required follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

Your details are shared only with the specific golf partner(s) relevant to your request, and with the technical service providers that host this website and deliver email. We never sell personal data.

Cookies & analytics

BelgianGolf.com uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our marketing. These cookies and trackers are not loaded until you explicitly accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no GA4 or Meta Pixel script, cookie, or tracking pixel is loaded.

You can review or change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page, which reopens the banner so you can accept or decline again. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (not tied to your identity) and is not shared with third parties beyond the analytics/marketing providers named above once you accept.
